Jan Nidzwetzki c76dfa0acb Improve Sanitizer checks
This patch contains two changes to the Sanitizer checks:

(1) All logfiles of the Sanitizer will be uploaded to the
    CI database.

(2) The Sanitizer checks are executed on every PR.
