* Improve documentation for NIOExtras

Motivation:

Docs will help users do things correctly.

Modifications:

Add missing comments, improve links.

Result:

Better docc documentation

* Docc in NIOHTTPCompression

* NIOSOCKS docc

* Correct bad symbol

* Minor typo
