LineBasedFrameDecoder: don't crash when leftovers available (#13)
Motivation:

Currently, we crash if there's any left over bytes available because
LineBasedFrameDecoder modifies cumulationBuffer in a way that is
illegal.

Modifications:

stop modifying cumulationBuffer in an illegal way

Result:

fewer crashes
