Prior to this commit, we defined routes in two places example:
```ts
@NgModule({
declarations: [
HomeComponent
],
imports: [
CommonModule,
RouterModule.forChild(routes),
HomeRoutingModule
]
})
export class HomeModule { }
```

Currently when using `ivy-ngcc` it will print out a warning
```

```
